The main problem with current acne therapy is that 75% of patients have developed resistance to the antibiotics used to treat this skin disease. For this group of patients we now offer cutting edge therapy with the CoolTouch III® laser and the DUSA BLU-U® light. Performed monthly as a series of 4 or 5 sessions, oil glands and cysts shrink, acne bacteria are killed and acne lesions dry and heal. These laser and Blue-U light treatments are used to supplement our usual regimens of potent systemic and topical prescription medications.

Our new Clearity line of acne products add a new dimension to acne therapy by complimenting prescription, laser and Blu-U® treatments in more severe cases and providing stand alone treatment for milder acne. Clearity cleanser, astringent pads and ultra light non-greasy moisturerizer can provide highly effective acne therapy yet are gentle enough to avoid irritating senstive skin.
